It’s tough, but it’s true—sharing comfort requires sharing pain.
To fully understand what someone goes through when they’re hurting, we must have felt the pain ourselves. One of the main reasons God gives comfort to us during our struggles is so that we may comfort others with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
